John is responsible for submitting proposals to potential

Director
David is one of New Zealand’s
leading entrepreneurs in the field of property development.
He sees the ‘big picture’ when sourcing,
researching and strategically planning projects. David
has the ability to conceptualise, create and communicate.
His enthusiasm drives the Pritchard Group team and makes
projects transpire. With thirty years experience in
property development, he has built up a large network
of contacts throughout New Zealand.
David currently serves on the boards of several high
profile organisations, including Wellington Waterfront
and the Port of Marlborough Board. He is also a JP. |

Jacqui
Pritchard
Director,
B.Ed.
Jacqui has been involved with Pritchard Group for 25 years.
She has a sound background knowledge of the Company and
her particular strengths are in the Human Resources field.
Complementing her organisational skills is her affinity
for and ability with people, ensuring that the staff in
their many capacities are well-resourced and represented. |

Mike
Welch
Director, BCA NZCC
Mike is a non-executive director of Pritchard Group Limited
and is a co-investor with the company on some development
projects. In his role, Mike acts as a communication link
between parties involved in these projects. He has a background
in the finance and property sectors and was formerly a
Member of the New Zealand Stock Exchange. |

Controller, CA
A member of ICANZ, Carolyn has significant experience
as a Chartered Accountant involved in tax consultancy,
financial and management accounting. Carolyn manages all
financial and accounting aspects of the group, including
the group's many joint venture projects. |

Manager, ANZIV AREINZ
Alan is an Assoc of The NZ Institute of Valuers and has been a member of the Real Estate Institute of NZ for twenty years. His previous experience has been of managerial level of property companies and large real estate marketing companies. He has many years experience in marketing property covering a wide range from commercial, residential to rural and brings a new perspective to our projects which assists in creating innovative products for the competitive development market. |

With 30 years in the civil engineering profession, Ross
specialises in sub divisional design, contract management
and administration. He plays an important role in facilitating
projects from conception to completion, liaising with
councils, clients and contractors. |
