Ross
Titchener
Project Engineer, NZCE (civil) REA
Ross Titchener is a qualified Civil Engineer with over
thirty years of experience, both locally and throughout
New Zealand. He plays an important role in facilitating
projects from conception to completion. Ross prepares
the operations budgets for projects and tenders for
construction and civil works for PCL.
Ross has been
with the company for five years. He is focused
on the successful Project Management of PCL's projects,
and also specialises in subdivision design. A major
component of Ross's job involves liaising with councils,
clients and contractors. |

Roger Andrew
Operations Manager
Roger has forty years of experience in the civil construction
industry, both in consultancy and project management.
He manages PCL's day to day operations to ensure quality
control and workmanship, and monitors progress of all
PCL projects. Roger is in charge of PCL's plant and maintenance,
oversees site safety, and maintains efficient operation.
Roger's role is focused on managing the operators,
field staff and contractors on site. He selects the
right machinery for the job, and keeps the project on
time and within budget. Roger and Ross work together
to construct quality projects.
